Sorry haven’t updated in while school stuff was putting me in a stuffed schedule! Well, it’s all good now, the school year ended for me, and now i’m working. Which gives me more time for my personal things and getting ready for college. well anyways I just wanted to share with you guys this music video I love. I never heard of Position before and the reason that I found them out is because of Lee Wan. I was searching Lee Wan in YouTube and I saw this music video that was featuring him. I watched it and it was darn good. :) Seriously, the song itself was not bad at all and the music video is just too touching. I admit I did cry. T.T yes! Tears was pouring…Lee Wan is just too adorable. Anyways Enjoy the music video! :)

It’s been a while since I post anything up here. I was just so busy with school things and college paper works. But, I still have time to manage to watch dramas (hehe) after all I am a DRAMA freak. :P

So, I want to share with you guys this TVB Series I watched it was very good. It’s called The Seventh Day. Starring Kevin Cheng, Niki Chow, Bosco Wong, and Natalie Tong. It’s a romantic/comedy type. It’s worth watching. So watch if you haven’t! A little music video of the series, actually it’s the ending theme 抱著空氣, I think in English it’s called “hugging air” O_o? haha, sorry if it’s wrong though, I’m not that great with translating the meaning to English. I just understand, but hard to translate (you get me?) well enjoy!

P.S. I super super love the dog “Jack” in the series! So cute!

Make Mochi Ice Cream

I was eating Mochi ice cream today and I was wondering how do you make mochi, so I search the web and found this recipe. So, I just want to share this with you guys. Actually making mochi is fun, well to me it is. :) I’m still trying to make the shape right. Anyways enough for today I’m i just going to watch some dramas for this three days weekend. Toodles!

How to Make Mochi Ice Cream

Mochi ice cream is popular in Asia, Hawaii, and the West Coast of the United States. If you like to eat mochi, why not try a sweet and cold version of it?

Ingredients

• Ice cream flavor of your choice
• 100 grams of glutinous-rice flour
• 180 ML of water
• 50 grams of sugar
• Cornflour

Steps

1. Let the ice cream sit in room temperature for a few minutes or until it becomes soften. Scoop and roll the ice cream into 10 round balls. Put the ice cream balls back in the freezer to re-harden.
2. Mix the water and flour together well in a bowl. You’ll want to achieve a paste. Dump the sugar in and mix it until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Cover the batter with plastic wrap (for example Saran Wrap). Place and heat in the microwave for two minutes. Remove the plastic wrap and stir the batter.
4. Place the plastic wrap on it again and put it back in the microwave for another 30 seconds. Take it out and stir the batter.
5. Cover a chopping or cutting board with plastic wrap. Then spread and cover the board in cornflour. Make sure that it’s a good amount and not an amount that the mochi batter will stick to the plastic wrap or board.
6. Put the batter onto the board when it’s cooled down. Cut and divide the batter into 10 pieces.
7. Pick up one piece of dough. Flatten it with your palm and wrap it around a ball of ice cream. Repeat this process for the other pieces of mochi and ice cream.
8. Place it in the freezer to re-harden the ice cream. Serve when ready.

Tips

• You can use any ice cream flavor you wish. The most popular flavor in ice cream stores are: green tea, vanilla, strawberry, and red bean.
• The bigger the ice cream balls are, the more dough you have to put around it.
• Be sure not to stretch the dough around the ball to the point where the dough breaks. If this happens, mold a little more dough where the hole is.
